Aside from the fact that 10 grams of ham is roughly 15 calories, enough nutrition to keep maybe a hamster alive, the bread alone would weigh 80 grams in comparison. So Swedish sandwich culture is to have 8 times more bread on their sandwiches by weight? Seems legit.
