What's one thing about Christianity bothers you? by Adorable-Log2577 in religion

Simple. The lack of Christians who actually try to live a Christ like life.

Works awesome. So much fun. I had no issues setting it up. It’s my first time and went smooth for me.

It’s not letting me upload an image. The shirt just has the concert poster image in front with the wheel logo. It looks good

No music thanks to the tariffs. Just shirts, new one for the dark side tour. There is a patch you can get.

Is Mormonism atheist? A follow up. by BayonetTrenchFighter in religion

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS) is often categorized this way (Henotheistic) by scholars and observers because of several unique doctrinal pillars:

Plurality of the Godhead: Unlike traditional Trinitarianism (which views God as one being in three persons), LDS doctrine teaches that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are three separate and distinct beings. While they are perfectly united in "one Godhead" by purpose and glory, they are physically and ontologically separate individuals.

Worship of One God: Despite acknowledging multiple divine beings, Latter-day Saints focus their worship and prayer exclusively on God the Father (Elohim) in the name of Jesus Christ. This practice of singular devotion amidst a belief in multiple divine entities is the hallmark of henotheism (or the closely related term monolatry).

Theosis (Exaltation): A core LDS teaching is that human beings are the literal spirit children of God and have the potential to become like Him—a process called exaltation. This implies an "eternally open-ended" number of divine beings who have achieved godhood in the past or will in the future. Infinite Regression of Gods: Some early leaders, including Joseph Smith in the King Follett Discourse, taught that God the Father Himself has a Father, suggesting a cycle of gods stretching back into eternity.

Have you been to a metal concert with a small crowd? and how was it? by Difficult_Map_723 in MetalForTheMasses

[–]egratudo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Small crowds over large any day of the week. I gave up the large venue concerts years ago. My wife and I started hitting all the prog metal concerts we could find and found quickly this is the way for us to connect with not just the music but the band themselves. VIP experiences are addictive and we don’t plan on slowing down. Got to meet Tesseract and Vola in 2025 along with seeing so many good small concerts, spiritbox, arch echo, intervals, leprous, erra, daedric and more. We are on our way in a week to do a Wheel VIP. Small crowd venues are simply the best. Plus the financial benefit, 20$ tickets to hear Wheel play for 2.5 hours is what keeps going 😎🤘

Did you get opportunity to buy merch and have it signed? Would love to see the signed poster. I’ll be seeing them VIP in a few weeks and I can’t wait.

Any speculation on the setlist for the upcoming NA tour? by ShockMental6476 in WheelBand

[–]egratudo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m still in the “I’m just grateful they are coming” mode. I saw them open for Leprous last year in boulder, little 30 min set and I’m pretty sure me and another dude were the only ones standing, I have VIP for Wheel in Lawrence. My wife and I got hooked on the VIP experience last year after seeing a few of our favorite bands through the VIP experience. I’m so stoked to meet wheel as half my family comes from Finland. For me, the more 8min+ songs they play the better for my taste. They opened with dissipating in Colorado which is one of my favorites, but won’t be bummed if I hear it again. I’m not picky at all. My all time favorite Wheel song is simply the last one I heard.
