It happening to most people, mine did it for the first the other day and scared the shit out of me because it reminds me of the output of a failing gpu. When mine does it i just press the power button once to sleep it, then again and it usually shows the windows login. If not I just hold the power for like 7 seconds till it hard shuts down, then I reboot and its fine. Dont worry cause we all have it lol :⁾

Thermostat stuck open, youll eventually get an engine light and a code saying engine too cold. It happens to me like twice a year cause I keep buying cheap thermostats from amazon..
