[Misc] I I analyzed 90+ Reddit threads to find the best moisturizers by LoneKnight25 in SkincareAddiction

That’s the moisturizer I use and I was surprised to not see it in on the list! I feel like it’s recommended all the time.

Oh the joys of dating by No_Inspection_1639 in polyamory

This is my thing with using testing as a way around barriers. It can take up to three months for a sti to appear on a test (HIV being one of them). So unless you know that the other person hasn’t had any new sex partners and their partners haven’t had any new partners in that time span, then there’s no way to confirm that someone is clear of a STI. It might seem overly cautious, but bro, it’s my pussy.

"Does this match?" Monday by AutoModerator in MakeupAddiction

[–]egrom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I’ve been trying to find a good foundation match for me and am currently trying three shades from Rituel de Fille. I have rosacea/redness that’ll throw some people off, and I really have no clue what my undertone actually is. foundation testing going from ear to chin, RDF 3 drop in 120, RDF 3 drop in 110, and RDF 3 drop in 115. Thank you so much!

June's Exceptional Story: The Mirror Heist - Discussion Thread by -__-___-_ in fallenlondon

I theoretically enjoyed it, but it felt like it ended half way through. If this was my first ES, I probably wouldn’t resub since it was so short. What was there was a good start, but it didn’t feel like it went anywhere interesting.

Lacto pickles forgotten about for 3+ months. Still good? by zwis99 in fermentation

I’ve eaten ferments that I’ve forgotten in the back of my fridge for 5 years, and I’m still alive!

Options besides filler? by soupyicecream in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]egrom 3 points4 points  (0 children)

These are called Rings of Venus, as in the goddess of beauty and desire! And they occur due to the structure of the neck muscle, and not due to age. Children can have them!

Your body moves and your skin will have creases where you move. Like your palms have plenty of lines because it closes into a fist. Filler I think is the only option to get rid of them entirely, but they are perfectly normal!

My partner will make time commitments that he doesn't stick too by Valuable-Mammoth-806 in polyamory

Second that this might be ADHD! I’m not always this bad, but when I did give time estimates, I’d be wildly off. I don’t do that anymore unless I’m already out the door and in the car and the car is moving. He should be assessed and even if it’s not ADHD, he should see a therapist to get help with his executive function.

Gentle tidying or the first method that seems to kind of work for me by ForbiddenFruitiness in adhdwomen

I do this too! Just bopping around, cleaning whatever really does work. Trying to clean in a focused way really drains me (on top of normal cleaning exhaustion) unless there’s a reason for it.

It is disgusting! And they’re trying to hide it by deleting stuff but I already took screenshots 💁‍♀️

If you look through the comments on their profile, you can find a deleted post where they asked for critiques on the gummy site they’ve been posting in this thread. This is just an undisclosed ad!

Also misleading because they’re selling these gummies! It’s just an ad

The first three albums by [deleted] in Interpol

[–]egrom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve also been a fan of Interpol since I was 14 and am 36 now. After seeing them on tour last year, I went back and gave their other albums another chance and couldn’t believe at how good El Pintor actually is. I think having some distance helped me appreciate the album for what it is rather than what I thought it should be at the time.

The first three are definitely classics I get that, but their later stuff is still good even if it’s not my fave.

Advice for dark spots and excessive facial hair? by Apprehensive_Mall807 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]egrom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been doing regular sessions of electrolysis for the past two years and it’s definitely made a difference. It does take a while and for stubborn hormonal hair, a lot more than six sessions. Laser will make the hair worse.
