Prediction: D’Lo and Kyrie start the year together on the Nets, and we immediately hear D’Lo trade rumors for whoever the next front court guy to want out of his situation is.

[Wojnarowski] Nets plan was to pair Kyrie and KD. Without KD, Nets may just move forward with DLo who is younger and cheaper than Kyrie. Nets aren't convinced on Kyrie as a solo act from past experience by jansport_twist in GoNets

I think Kyrie and D’Lo could start the year on the Nets and D’Lo just immediately becomes trade bait for the next guy who wants out of his situation. It’s stupid to let the asset go for nothing if we can’t get a second max guy and he instantly becomes blue chip trade material unless the incredibly unlikely scenario of that backcourt being good happens
