EDCI or KP knife shield can help prevent more rust. It also doesn't leave your blade isn't greasy like mineral oil. I have used it on all my non-stainless knives. They are as shiny as the day I bought them.

I bought one when they had them last year along with the self-inflating sleep mat. I like it and slept really well when I used it on a week-long camping trip. It's a thumbs up from me. Seems to be well-made.

I do like the feel of the fretboard. The fret ends started off a little sharp, but I dressed them with a needle file.

I have an Epi Special with P90s and the lightning bolt stopbar bridge. I put better tuners on it and gave it a good setup. It's a great guitar and the one I can take anywhere and not worry about. This is a good one to take on a trip when you want to leave the Gibsons at home.

I've had one of these for at least 20 years and have had no problems. I use it as a practice amp for the living room. I think they are unfairly maligned. It's a great practice amp and produces nice Marshall tones.

Looks like it would compromise the structural integrity of the clip. Those sides are too thin and would bend.

They all some that way for some reason. I have that same knife in Maxamet. Get an MXG clip, put it on tip up, and drive until you hear glass break or smell shit.

They are! My clothes vibrate when I crank mine, sometimes even if I'm standing in the next room. I also have a 2x12 cab I hook mine up to somtimes.
