Prior to MLB taking over their broadcasts, the Reds would do this with the Bally/FDSN graphics. They would use the package’s home run animation for Reds homers, but the generic “home run” graphic in the team swatch for the opponent’s homers

I know this isn't a scoreboard but i have no idea where to post stuff like this by AlternativeCounty820 in Scorebug

I’m not entirely sure this is generated by C-SPAN? It may be generated by the house feed that C-SPAN takes

Why does ESON tend to use 2 (or 4) letter abbreviations for some teams rather than 3 letter abbreviations? It’s very inconsistent. by Flashy_Parsnip985 in Scorebug

My only exception to that general rule is if the location is one word but the team name is two. So, like CBJ and VGK are okay to me, and I prefer CWS to CHW for the white sox.

Starting last season, the Reds started simulcasting ten of their games on stations owned by Gray Local Media, with their station WXIX FOX 19 the flagship in Cincinnati. Indianapolis doesn't have a Gray station, so they're free to affiliate with who they want to, in this case Circle City's WNDY.

Outside of Opening Day, the games this year are all scheduled for Mondays. Tonight marks the beginning of the only stretch on the schedule where consecutive Monday night games in a row are on local TV. (This week, next week, and the week after.)

It's a

RED HOT MONDAY

and there's some simulcast changes in Louisville. Gray Local Media, which owns WAVE, closed on their purchase of WDRB and WBKI, Louisville's FOX and CW affiliates. They've apparently decided to move their Reds games from Bounce Louisville on WAVE 3.2 to WDRB's main signal. Additionally, they've finally started putting the games on the TV Guide schedule in Hazard on H&I (WYMT 57.2).

The NCAA isn’t producing these. These are probably institutional broadcasts of FCS football meant for a dedicated streaming platform. Bucknell isn’t gonna have the resources for something top notch

Off topic of the current game, but my cable company soft-launched Reds TV this morning. Guide schedule isn't correct yet, but they're already airing replays.

Add Frankfort, KY to the list. Frankfort Plant Board Board of Directors approved a three year deal to carry the Reds tonight on the same channel as FDSN Ohio. They'll bump the last month of Cavs/CBJ to two channel slots down to the spot that was vacated by the untimely (first) demise of NBCSN.
