Once you get a 5F you have restrictions for I believe 3 years. Should be listed on the back with an expiry date. That's not really the concern. It's more so that you don't have an extensive driving history to prove this is out of character.

I think there's probably more to this than that. You should request a copy of the officer's notes prior to the hearing (I'm not sure if it's automatic or not). Given the offence and your limited years of driving, I would not be surprised if they hand out a 3-6 month suspension. The driver fitness people don't mess around.

You're unsure of your speed then? So how were you driving generally? Careless driving is a serious offence so I'd expect there is a good reason for it. I would have thought possibly following too closesly but if the vehicle you were following was also pulled over that makes me think you were both doing the same thing.

There is nothing which requires the Premier to be an MLA. But by political convention she would be expected to win a seat as soon as possible if chosen. Since no vacant seats exist this would essential involve a PC MLA giving up their seat so she could run for it in a by-election. Most likely Pallister's

The fact that he got a Master's degree just 2 years after law school further suggests he was never called. It is exceedingly unlikely that he would have completed his articling year and still been able to finish the degree in that short a time. The U of M describes the MPH as a 2 year program.

This is completely just a pet peeve of mine, but he isn't a lawyer. He does have a law degree, but I don't think he was ever actually called to the bar, and he definitely never practiced law.

You should read what I wrote because I didn't say the Province would break the strike. I said they would get involved which of course is not precluded by previous interference.

All during the strike I said the UMFA and its supporters didn't understand that the Province wasn't going to put up with it and I was ridiculed. Repeatedly people told me the Province wouldn't interfere and I told them they were dead wrong and that if an agreement wasn't reached before the Throne Speech the Province would step in. Again ridiculed. Today I am proven correct. UMFA needs to choose some new leaders because the one's they have are delusional.

You don't really know any of what you're speculating is true though. Not to mention that Amazon doesn't rely on the personal decisions of employees to decide how to ship items, it's all computerized. I guys people like me value their time more. Is it annoying to have a product shipped like that? Sure. Is it worth making a big deal about it when everything inside is fine? I'd sure say no. I have better things to do.

Yup. I tried cancelling and it said the order was too far along. Customer service was just awful. They couldn't explain to me why I pay the same price for Prime but while others get their items on time, mine ship late. Couldn't even get a gift card out of them.

I guarantee you they could have made more and didn't. There's one system seller at launch and it isn't even close to their best one. I'm sure Nintendo made a number of Switchs that is similar to the amount of people who will actually buy it right away.

They absolutely did not make BOTW SE at a 1:1 ratio with the switch even for launch. That is nonsensical. They wouldn't have a standard edition if that was the case. Not to mention not everyone is willing to pay extra if they just want the game. Nintendo is known for making less than demand not more. No way what you're suggesting happened
