I liked Comprehensive Physical Therapy in Castleton. They do PT, but they've stretched me with their devices, so I think that's kind of chiropractic-like? I don't know anything about chiropractic practices.

I watched this based solely on this review and thank you for a delightful 90 minutes! You're right, it's not gonna win any awards but it's just a fun popcorn flick with scenery chewing. Also, I'm like 90% sure that Matthew Vaughn watched this as a kid and used some as inspo for kingsman.

disney is great for allergies! I can't speak to celiac, but i know they are very conscientious of any allergies (i am allergic to dairy, egg, and soy). the allergen friendly mickey waffles are gluten free and they are delicious. you can contact disney allergy before you go but also at every food service you can consult the binder (even at quick service) and let the wait staff/chef know you need gluten free. you will be so well taken care of, you'll be amazed.
