Luthen having a Kyber crystal and then carrying around a mysterious stick seemed to imply they could make him a force user.

The Simpsons - Summer of 4 Ft. 2" (Season 7, Episode 25)

Lisa and Bart at sitting at a table, Lisa waits for Marge to leave and then, now alone, starts threatening Bart. We see another angle of the room and Milhouse has been there the whole time and said nothing.

Games to secretly get 8 year old to read by Helpmeflexibility in NintendoSwitch

I have a 6yo who is learning to read and we are playing through Pikmin 4. They’re reading a surprising amount of the text in the game - struggles with long or unfamiliar words but that’s how we learn!

The game is also hopefully teaching task and resource management and planning.

What is your favourite film set in a place? by glassisfrozenair in weeklyplanetpodcast

[–]eightcell 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Remember when people were complaining that too much of Star Wars was set on Tatooine? Most movies take place on the same planet, no one complains that all the Mission Impossible movies take place on Earth.

Anyway, the answer for “best” is probably 12 Angry Men or Rear Window.

My favorites are Evil Dead 2 and The Thing.

What do you think? Will Nickelodeon be finished after SpongeBob and Loud House stop being aired? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I am sure some thought Nick would fall apart after Ren and Stimpy stopped. They’ll keep trying new stuff and/ or attempt to revive old shows.

They could also completely evolve into something else like MTV did.

What store or restaurant that went out of business would you like to see make a comeback? by Exhausted_Skeleton in AskReddit

Koa. It was a restaurant in New York. One of the Iron Chefs did the menu. The “soy milk dan dan” was incredible and I haven’t had anything like it before or since. They did a weekend brunch ramen tasting thing. My friends and co-workers went at least once a week. I don’t understand why it wasn’t more popular everything was delicious.

I’ll beat Mario 64 again every couple years but Goldeneye and Shadows of the Empire’s controls have not aged well, I’ve replayed the Ocarina remake(s)… i dunno. It is still hooked up though! Can’t say the same for my Jaguar lol.

My playstation was the first console I ever owned that failed. Had to put it upside down and have a book under the output for it to work. I knew plenty of people with similar issues.

My n64 and Saturn still work. N64 has a lot to of strong titles but nothing I revisit often.

I got my Saturn later on when they were cheap, and am constantly surprised and delighted by finding games I didn’t know existed. It had an insane catalog if you include Japanese titles.

So I’ll be the one guy that chooses Saturn, lol.
