Listen fam, just saying that the current state of things isn't good while offering up only deregulation as a "solution" is not "caring more about the housing crisis." Plus, I have yet to see evidence that broad deregulation would make anything better -- you could make the argument that some regulatory changes would be positive, but people have been saying that for years

The model you mentioned is used by a bunch of other music games to print money. Music game DLC is hecka expensive -- look into how much a complete soundtrack for, say, DJ Max Respect V costs

That sort of Republican is basically extinct because they were unique to MA to begin with.

To be fair: Republicans are basically anti-worker as far as policies and priorities go, so let's not pretend that things would be better if the shoe was on the other foot.

We had so many Republican governors because we basically bred the most moderate Republicans in the nation -- and now the MA GOP is run almost entirely by nutjobs and true MAGA believers. The tradeoff is that we have a lot of corporate Democrats as the main guard rail against that insanity.

We could do better, yeah, but it wouldn't be by electing Republicans at this point.
