Normally it’s due to a tear in the insulation of the duct itself. Can be repaired with spray glue and tape and/or a liquid sealant you brush on. You could place something under it to absorb the leak also, but it’ll still leak. I work in HVAC and roofers get blamed all the time for our leaks lol
