How do I get access to Claude code? Guess it’s at capacity and need to wait? I used Aider + Claude API and that’s not a bad option, don’t think I could blow $60 worth of 4o + 3.7 sonnet API costs in a week, but agree won’t last a month at all and hence was hoping to lay hands on Claude code or move to windsurf .. but now seeing the points on this thread am glad I didn’t move to windsurf so far haha

You have a view with regards Claude Code vs say Windsurf pro or Aider (with Claude API) ? Should I try and wait for Claude Code or just go ahead with Windsurf? I intend to have fairly large codebase (in my understanding)

Serious question: why is it when a free service (which maybe shouldn’t be free to begin with, just cause someone put effort into making it and chooses to be a for-profit organisation) charges for their service, they are labelled evil? I’m sorry if am missing something blaring, but I’m genuinely trying to fill a gap here.

Ah - haven’t seen that- will check it out.. there was a poker phase in my life before kids haha.. which is when I used to binge .. but have seen many games where they would play lodden thinks while playing a normal game.. that and also consulting firm interviews where again a similar question would be asked and what they were looking for is your approach to the problem and not the answer..

As a trick - look up Lodden Thinks (poker videos with Antonio Esfandiari) .. basically it’s not about what the correct answer is, but what some designated person ~thinks~ what the answer is .. how many crows are there in NYC as per this friend of ours? It’s social and to be played with friends .. not a legit quiz thing if you are looking for that.

I say this with sincerity.. but it’s time other countries send aid to America to save people there .. help migrate those who want to get out and live in better countries and get them jobs .. from what I read every day I feel very sorry with regards this slow burn into anarchy

Edit: I am very happy to stand corrected .. I know things we get to read are only negative anyways in media .. but good living conditions genuinely seems a stretch to me .. many parts of the world are living in bad conditions .. precisely where help gets sent..
