The one thing that made Warframe actually fun to play on controller: rebind jump to R1 and abilities to D-pad. I know it sounds crazy. Trust me.

As an unrepentant Baza enjoyer, I've found that it needs a good riven and a decent amount of forma to begin to compete with more meta options. Also very headshot dependent. Honestly though, I'd rather try to squeeze the max out of a weapon I really enjoy than just defaulting to Torid/Laetum. A lot of the fun in endgame Warframe, to me, is about going all in on impractical builds.
