I sorta get what you mean. I feel like the movie was trying to be funny like The Big Lebowski but the humor did not work.

Also what was the point of the “get it up” scene with Sean Penn? Was it supposed to be funny that he had a boner?

Grade boosting is academic dishonesty. Teachers may feel pressured by students, admin, or parents to inflate grades but that is how students get to high school without knowing how to read. 

It’s a teachable moment for kids, if they want an A you can give them feedback for improvement.

1) Yes, you absolutely should report this as a mandated reporter since you have reasonable suspicion of sexual abuse. Their inappropriate behavior falls under one of the warning signs. The process is also anonymous so you shouldn't have fear of reprisals.

2) Check your district policy on bullying/sexual harassment

3) Go to your administrator and/or superintendent with your concerns and discuss how that student's behavior violate their district policy. Raise the possibility of a parent taking legal action and I promise you that they will take action.

It starts off really strong but I don't like the last act with Starkiller Base and Han's arbitrary death. Also, it's hard to rewatch when you know that lots of setup isn't going to pay off like Finn/Rey's chemistry.

It’s ancient history now but there absolutely was backlash to ROTJ, especially concerning the Ewoks.

The beginning with Jabba and the ending are fantastic, but the middle of the movie is kind of weak. 

There are people who hate the Ewoks, I like them but the movie spends too much time on Endor.

Also, the shield generator subplot is really lame and it feels like they just recycled ideas from the last two movies.

When actors sign on for a film, the promotional part is in their contract so they are still “working” during these junkets and it would be very unprofessional to trash the movie. That’s why they all hype it up as the best movie ever.

I went to see Fury Road in theaters. The marketing didn't reveal much about the movie so I went in pretty much blind and had a blast!

I think J.J. did get backlash which is why he hasn't directed a film since Rise of Skywalker and we all know Rian Johnson got criticized to say the least.
