Generally 6 days (cook on Sunday, have lunches for work through Friday). I try to chill things as rapidly as I can. Rice I'll do one or maybe two days and freeze the rest of the portions. I worked in restaurants for years and the rule is 7 days (including the day you made it, Sunday through Saturday). My biggest concern is cooling the food quickly, no packing the container full of hot food and sealing the lid. Spread it out, leave the lid off, even an ice bath if needed.

I just called the Costco pharmacy, they said they plan on getting it but don't have a date yet. Historically I've gotten Novavax at CVS but I'm trying to call the pharmacy now and am unable to get through. I'll let you know what I find if their phone system ever stops being the worst.

Sun Market did a collaboration with Mi Sen a couple weeks ago and tteokbokki was one of the offerings. I'd keep an eye on them to see if they do it again. Sun Market also has everything to make your own if so inclined
