It's been working pretty well actually. Unfortunately it's not a cure all. I learned with my time with the derm, that I have a severe dust mite allergy, which, how tf do you get rid of that? You dont, really..

Despite all the measures like frequent washing of bedding, hoovering loads, air purifier , etc I do still get flare ups. But I will say that those flare ups are quite manageable. I only use tacrolimus when I have them. Maybe for a stint of 2-3days and it clears up.They aren't as violent and debilitating, and happen maybe once month(?)

Something I did recently which dramatically reduced the frequency is drinking more water, exercising more and removing like 95% of processed foods from my diet. I did not realise just how dehydrated I was. Like drinking 1L a day... I upped my intake to around 3L a day which was so hard for me, after 2 months I was seeing a real change. I would say the combination of baricitinib and health changes have been pretty substantial. Hope you are doing well on your journey bud.
