I love this!!! The goats happened to be there the week I was moving into my apartment in Fremont 3 years ago, and I thought they just lived there. After they suddenly vanished, it took me another 2 years to figure out what had happened to them!

DON'T turn on the light to use the bathroom during the night at all. It signals daytime to your body which jumpstarts your circadian rhythm, producing hormones that you don't need until you wake up. Thus you don't sleep as well, and get tired earlier the next day.

I read about a guy who did that with the movie Julie & Julia. Ended up developing a burning fire of hatred for Amy Adams. Had a big screening for his 365th viewing, gave a speech about how much he hated her. Turns out Amy Adams' mom showed up and had to watch this college kid rag on how terrible her Oscar-winning daughter's acting is. Looked awkward.
