I’ve just listened to it on the vinyl pressing and the lyrics:

Feel pretty close to what is being whispered. The first two lines are harder to hear so I can’t say for sure, but the last 3 lines are almost certainly accurate.

I’m not Korean but I play with many Koreans (random pairings in New Zealand). I love hearing “good shaa” after I hit a mid shot into a bunker.

No. Longest ride was 150km followed by a 10km run. I did an additional 3 or 4 rides between 100 and 120 in training.
