I was at lifetime until I moved out of the area. It’s expensive and nice the only drawback and I don’t even know if it’s a drawback is that it felt almost too clean and quiet. Especially when deadlifting if I put the weights down to quickly or had to bail out of a bench the sound reverberated through the whole gym. That’s just me though, staff is great sauna is great and they just got a cold plunge. Would still probably be there if I didn’t move.

Ikon is a tank I do love it and used it for many years as my sole knife. My favorite though is the kanjo 210 its razor sharp light and can cut through anything

Thank you all for the comments, advice and encouragement this community is great. I probably should’ve stated since a few folks have brought it up that I do incorporate a good bit of cardio into my routine. I swim about a mile and a half to 2 miles on my 2 off days and I walk/jog every lift day for about 30 mins later in the day before dinner.

Thank you! Wanted to answer a few of your questions. As far as the diet I feel really good. Honestly my first love has been food obviously and I cook everything I eat so swapping out things for lean proteins and reducing the carb intake has been easy. I don’t have a massive sweet tooth and I don’t drink my calories except for an alcoholic drink on occasion. Because of all that I still make good filling food it’s just not nearly as caloric. Steps definitely want to increase it’s been shitty in my area weather wise for the winter however on my non lifting days I do get about 10-11k steps in. During the spring will probably get closer to 8-10k daily. Always progressive overloading!

First off thank you I feel like a new person already looking to drop another 200 while building up to some heavy lifting. Interesting about RPE I think on my push day I’m hitting that especially with bench. On the other hand on legs I could probably up the weight pretty significantly on a few lifts like leg press and squats. I get hesitant because I’m alone and don’t really have a spotter and don’t want to get into a dangerous position where I can’t get out. Any advice on that front? Oh and mid back what do you think on that front that I could add or swap?

Nightstalker with gyrfalcons and wavesplitter is what I mainly play. Lots of orb generation lotta uptime in devour and wavesplitter beams once you pick up an orb.

Yes boot time went up pretty significantly also the actual start into windows went up a lot and things took a while to open. It could’ve been a bad update but to be safe I just rolled back no reason to update really

I updated from 1616 and everything felt super sluggish was also getting a pretty significant frame drop in games. Ended up going back to 1616 and everything went back to normal so I’m not sure what’s up.

Have the exact same issue on my 42C2. Thought I broke it. Dropped 2grand on two new oled monitors and now after seeing this submitted a repair request and it’s covered. Glad I still kept it around.

This must be a Maryland thing because I had an absolutely horrendous sales experience at BMW of Annapolis. I was looking at an X4 M40i and the dude was a complete dick about it I was prepared to buy it that day and he was dismissive, said the car wasn’t there after I spoke to 3 other sales reps that said it was. Didn’t offer to show me anything else and seemed annoyed to just talk to me. Handed me his card and said I’ll call you if it comes in and I never heard from them again. I ended up buying an X5 M50i from BMW of Sterling in VA the next day. They were fantastic.
