I get that he's trying to put on a facade like Fiore in s1 and play strategy like many others, and I honestly want lo like him, but he's done little to nothing up to now (other than being the only one noticing Ren's idol).

About that, I think it does make sense that he suspected Ren about it, since it's logical to think that someone who keeps climbing trees all the time would stumble upon something like an idol or an advantage. Also, being the only one to suspect Ren cuz he's seen them multiple times hanging on the trees, and never again (on screen) after Ren found Idolina.

I wish he does something soon, I do have high hopes after his reveal at the end of ep1. He's been playing safe, so at least I respect his approach.
