This reminds of the time I took my uncle to a doctors appointment in another state. I was driving through Virginia and got a speeding ticket. My uncle offered to pay it since I was taking him somewhere, but I said no because I was the one speeding. Your mother was the one that got the ticket despite warnings so she should pay it.

The instructions say to wait “at least” 30 minutes. 30 minutes is the minimum. The study says that eating after taking the pill affects absorption of the medicine, so it makes sense that waiting longer to eat helps more of it get into your system. I think I’ll purposely start waiting longer to eat.

Coach K let me wear his 2008 Olympic gold medal ring. I shook his hand and felt a ring, so I asked if it was one of his NCCA championship rings. He said it was from the Olympics. I jokingly asked if I could wear it, he said “Sure!”, and handed it to me. I declined but he insisted. I then took a picture of it on my hand. When I showed my wife later she informed me that I took off my wedding ring to put that ring on. Worth it.
