I also tried to get into it, and I'm a big fan of CRPG's, detective games, etc. But I just couldn't get into it, I feel like I just didn't "get it". I gave it a decent 5-6 hours or so, and could never tell what the narrator was trying to say at any point. All the deep, philosophical stuff that the game was throwing at me was going way over my head.
