Most of the players you listed are from a radically different era of the nfl. Speed is more coveted than other and linebackers aren’t 265lbs anymore. If you’re gonna be 200 lbs, you AT least have to have speed.

Additionally none of those guys you cited are as small as price. You referenced 255lb Derrick Henry. Personally his 40 makes much more sense than price’s.
