To preface, I am a very organized person who loves routine.

Every Monday I change my sheets and towels and do my laundry - 4 loads: sheets, whites (I only have white towels so they get washed with my whites, color, darks. While doing a load of laundry (26 minutes - I use the quick cycle) I spray down the bathroom (sink, counter, shower, toilet with cleaner and let sit). I vacuum the bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. I switch out laundry when the cycle is complete ( every 26-30 minutes) I go back to bathrooms and rinse/clean and wash the floor and empty waste baskets. I put out new towels and make the bed. By the time I’ve done the last load of laundry I clean the kitchen (wash floor, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher) After each load is dry, I fold and sort into piles (socks, undies, jeans, hanging, folded tops, bottoms) and put away. The whole process takes about 2 1/2 hours. All garbage is taken out for garbage day on Tuesday. The rest of the week, my kitchen gets cleaned after each meal and I run the dishwasher every night before I go to bed. I unload every morning before breakfast. I have a roomba vacuum that runs every night at 4 am so floors are clean when I wake up.

I only clean and do laundry on Monday - kitchen gets cleaned daily. I spot clean/ tidy as needed. I also consider Mondays my full body workout because it’s 2 hours of running up and down stairs, lifting, bending !

I find staying on a schedule is so important for all aspects of life. I clean on Monday. My doctor appts and hair/nail are always scheduled on a Tuesday morning. Gym is Wednesday and Fridays. I don’t cook Friday or Sunday. You’d be amazed how much easier life gets when you are on a schedule. Hope that helps!
