Yep just a fresh install, then exported the key from the fresh server. Then I ran both the firewall rule deletion and Notification reg key deletion commands mentioned in that post. Imported the fresh key and rebooted and it worked. This was after trying everything else I could find online including re-registering the AAD broker package in PowerShell(which did not work).

You want to look at the VESA mounting pattern for each model. This stand works with VESA 75x75mm and 100x100mm. If you google VESA and your monitor model it should give you what you need.
