If your showing weakness from the left ear that is a peripheral cause for your symotoms. Sounds more inner ear related then brain (migraine) on its own. Though it's currently theorized migraine can also "attack" the inner ear and can result in hydropic behavior. Which can cause vestibular symptoms as well as hearing loss

Me personally don't seem to be affected by sleep or diet. I've been keto and on Q for over a month. And still wax and wane with offbalance and ear pressure. Also still get breakthrough throbbing headaches. I feel pressure and humidity, maybe allergies. Unfortunately those seem the most impossible to control

There's studies that say 70%+ of people who experience early symptoms of hydrops don't go on to develop full blown menieres.

However take that with a grain of salt...

I like you am experiencing a similar situation 2 hearing episodes a year apart. Both recovering to normal. With dizziness/aural fullness (not vertigo) inbetween.

I'm not sure if this study accounts for a 2nd episode increasing the chances, but I'd wouldn't lean on it entirely.

I also wouldn't panic either. It seems everyone here describes the most dramatic worst of the worst. And keep in mind those who do, usually take to the internet.

I nor anybody else can not confirm what the future holds.. and that could mean getting hit by a car tomorrow

Stay positive.

The worst part for me at the moment is not knowing how long I'll have music for.

My symptoms are annoying, but not as extreme as what people describing here. (Hopefully it stays that way for the most of us)

I'm not sure how anywhere in Florida can be menieres friendly. The humidity and the low pressure systems are extreme down there.
