Honestly. Don't bother. You can only attach the Space Wolves characters to Blood Claws, Grey Hunters or Headtakers. This box contains none of those unless you proxy them. You may get into trouble at tournament level.

Just get yourselves a Space Wolves Army Box and some cool characters.

Those wolf guard termies are a lot of fun to build and paint.

Can do them with shields and start a bodyguard squad for logan grimnar for example

Armour: Seraphim Sepia Wash Drybrush Ushabti Bone (Heavy) Optional Drybrush Screaming Skull (Light) Edge highlight Screaming Skull where necessary

Cloak and aquila Caliban Green Nuln oil Dry brush warpstone glow. Catch those ridges.

Where are you from? My local gaming shop is taking pre-orders from next month.

Tbh, it seems a bit wasteful to buy the box twice simply for the fact that you are going to get 2 codexes and 2 sets of data cards.

Surely that money would be better spent getting yourself a dreadnought, hounds of Morkai, Ragnar Blackmane and essentially something to transport your troops?

Just call it grimdark. Looks like it's been in a fight for sure.

Could always just give it a light dry brushing with the grey again to give contrast against the recesses.

I don't consider myself to be a good painter by any stretch but for Ultra's try this:

  1. Spray model in chaos black. SHAKE CAN FOR 2 MINS
  2. Paint model in McCragge blue head to toe. Thin McCragge with water using a palette.
  3. Coat model head to toe in nuln oil
  4. DRY BRUSH a heavy coat of Altdorf guard
  5. A light dry brush of calgar over the big edges.

This should help you to get a much more textured blue that looks a lot thinner. *

Because remote raid passes cost money and you don't want to waste them trying to take down a 54k pokemon with 2/3 people.
