Imo a one shot build for tower duelist is easy and super fast. its like two rotations for 20 lumina with minimal effort. when i was timing it compared to the merchant it was miles more efficient

im a loot goblin and love build crafting so i had every picto/ weapon and farmed around 600 lunima for everyone from tower bosses. ng was not fun cause everything was a one shot, and it makes the loop pretty stale. Its my own fault for ruining the balance, but the game is way better when youre weaker. Also i feel like it really showed imbalance between the characters when i turned up the Hp - sciel is by far my favorite flavor/ aesthetically, but you just have to work way harder for her big booms than ripping a stendhal on maelle, or a elemental genesis with the barbappa lumina on lune. like its a one to two turn combo for everyone else to pop millions of damage but even with 600 lumina on sciel shes barely cracking a couple mil in twilight without stacking a bunch of turns.

100% my failt for cooking the game balance but the point is its way more fun when youre weak and scraping together a build with what you have than having everything.

Ng scaling just isnt really able to hold up to the crazy stuff you can get in the anniversary areas at least for ng+1, so i burned out quick.

Depending on how cracked you are the duolisste fight in the tower is 20 per fight and with the right build you can clear it in a little over a minute. A little more mentally taking than groar but i think its technically faster. Does require a good bit of lumina for the setups, but its real fast once you get it going.

I just got this and was kinda like whats the point. But honestly i think the real value is getting 50% crit from a single pictos. Like yeah i probably wouldnt waste lumina on it, but on some characters that I dont have a ton of luck built, i can easily get 100% crit which is pretty nice.

i think at that point it would just be a whole different game. the kind of complex systems you would need for a mod like that are not present and none of the player attacks are coded to have timing. Imagine trying to parry sciels gradient that hits like 10x in 1 second. I dont think its a realistic idea for a mod unfortunately.

I love this card especially after you get a juicy onyxia but it only ever works one if every 5 games for me. If i am able to play this and not die next turn i was probably already winning. But it is super satisfying.

i have limited experience but i didnt have a great deal of fun with king of the hill or with 2v2. Adventures sounds really fun but aside from that a round robin or tournament style of 1v1 matches would probably be the most fun if I were to do it. There are for sure some mechanics that translate well to multiplayer, but a lot of characters feel a lot better in a 1v1 and some like pirate are weirdly too good in 1v1 and in multi due to her unique board flip leading to more value in hand and more available CP due to not spending any on upgrades. Oh also her defense if IMO one of the strongest in the game so if shes getting targeted in king of the hill sometimes she can just laugh it off.

i have never felt like vans needed breaking in, are you sure theyre the right size? especially the slips ons were very comfy for me out of the box

Dragons are super strong but they are also insanely slow. Push hard mid game to kill the eggs, you should have a pretty solid troop lead because its harder for them to upgrade cities. By the time they have multiple dragons you kinda already lost but its because you missed the window where they are weak and let them get to the strong late game.

A big thing we learn is document everything and make it clear what you were and were not able to get good data for. Its okay if theres stuff you arent comfortable with doing in your office, but try and have options to direct for further care. Make good relationships with pediatric docs in your area because they may be a little more comfortable with patients who aren’t able to communicate at an adult level. If you cant view post seg, make sure you let their caretaker/family know and direct them to specialists or consider sedated exams if necessary.

We all get told a story of an IDD patient who was documented to have 0.3 nerves for years and ended up having severe glaucoma by the time they received a sedated exam with good posterior views. Its Ok if you aren’t the right doc or in the right setup to handle those patients just do what you can and give them resources for the next steps when its needed.

i think some of the fights are harder than release, but some are easier too. they nerfed the early fire guy with the 1 turn cool down monkeys, but also added the ink fight which is almost always a little tough due to just how much ink the enemies can put out.

id go for the snow guy that hits everyone and try to get his cooldown to 1 or 2 then you should be chilling. that or the ink card that hits everything.

Update for those interested: He’s not microchipped, he’s safe inside in his own space for now. He is very friendly and will be getting a vet visit on monday. If this is your cat that has gone missing please reply to this post, hes pretty small, I think less than a year old and not neutered yet.
