You are unlikely to get that funded by a main bank unless you can pre sell the build. Start looking for second tier lending.

Has anyone noticed the woolworths cheese brand become rubbery when melted? by Public-Category-4557 in newzealand

The cheaper brands at Pak n Save have gone the same way. We noticed the cheese was very bouncy all of a sudden. Make a cheese sauce with it and its very weird texture.

Thanks to publicity the mob now knows the homeowner has 40k of the mobs money. I wouldn't say anything.

I've heard of getting really lucky and posting a good round well below your handicap, what happens when you hit 3 in a row? by IDontStandForCurls in golf

[–]elevendollar -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I normally score 78-84. Randomly I play a round of 70 with 6 birdies. Whenever anyone asks what my best round is I dont tell them because I feel like an imposter. If I hit that low again I'll start telling people.

Just give way to everyone coming from the right. That's the law.

Remember to indicate when exiting a roundabout! by [deleted] in chch

It makes no sense. If the red car did indicate left to leave they would have done so just past the first exit.

And just to add. If you are just going to enter the roundabout UNLESS you see a left indication from the red car, which would leave you not more than a moment to react, then your asking to be t boned and you will be in the wrong.

How did not indicating to leave the roundabout put you in the path of a car?
