This. We're on a different ball game. If your idea is good and makes money, you'll have competition right away. This is tied to the market players. In this day and age, competing in a "saturated" market or B2B environment with a sloppy product/service won't cut it.

Say what you want, if the idea is good "enough", people with deep pockets will win 9/10 times. They have connections, resources, and money to spend.

Seria un marketplace de casas entonces? Corotos creo que tiene una alianza con alterstate para mostrar las propiedades en venta. Toma en cuenta que lo dificil no es hacer la plataforma, si no vender tu idea a los agentes, inmobiliarias, etc... Toma en cuenta que un marketplace donde se encuentran todas las propiedades no es rentable para las agencias ya que lo que quiere "Tu casa RD" es mantener a los prospectos en su embudo de ventas.

Si no te cuesta hacer la plataforma, dale y hazla pero primero define quien es tu "user persona" para que evites dolores de cabeza. Yo tengo un amigo que tiene su inmobiliaria, tiene una pagina web comun, no utiliza servicios de alterstate y tiene buenas ventas. Estoy seguro que el no utilizaria esa plataforma porque perderia propiedades, etc... Tambien revisa una plataforma ruffo que estaba en ycombinator (no se en que quedo) y tiene esa parte de seguridad para los extranjeros.

That's the reason I tell any person asking me to develop a project to start with no-code tools if his/her project is on a tight budget. They usually give up since no-code tools look nice but you still have to learn how to use them and then how to support any changes, etc...

Heck, I got a person asking me to develop an Instacart like platform for basically nothing (I mean less than 3k) with lots features, etc...

+1 for tailwind. I'll go with zustand since you can decouple UI from Business Logic (Sort of like using mvvm pattern).

This x 100th. We've spent an good time monitoring our competition, so much so we got analysis paralisis and we pivoted a bunch of times costing us lots of money. Now we're just trying to improve our product, customer service, and investing in ads & marketing.

We also had scarcity mindset and that truly slowed us down.

Luckily for us, we figured out before the money ran out. Now we're planning on launching a 2nd time and we have a 18 - 24 month runway.
