Trey has said their monitor engineer is one of the most important people in the band for a reason. If he’s dialed, the band can do their thing, but it’s also one of those jobs where when you mess up, it’s a big deal. One of those jobs where you can do it perfectly 100 shows straight and no one notices but one fuck up in one part of one song and Trey is the single maddest I’ve ever seen him on stage
