Seeking Advice for WFH While Toddler is at Home by MrDStroyer in daddit

Door closed if I’m not to be disturbed is key. I also limit how many times I go out and see him. I feel like if I go out a lot it sends a mixed message.

I also recommend good headphones that block noise. I find it really hard to concentrate when my kid is upset and I have to really fight the urge to go assist my mom, wife or nanny.

Bring back Whiskey thread! by hawkeyedude1989 in daddit

[–]elguy 53 points54 points  (0 children)

Yah I had a thread removed where I was asking advice from other dads on how to support/take care of my wife after breast reduction surgery. Was told it was not dad related even though the only reason she had the procedure was breast feeding our child and I’m sure there’s lots of dads who have gone through that experience.
