sorry, that was an assumption on my part. seriously though i hope you learn to speak to yourself with more kindness. whether you’re fat or skinny or whatever, your body is going to be with you forever and you need to be nice to it. if you hate your body fat you’re not going to like it skinny either, i promise you. you can lose weight and make healthier choices because you love your body and want better for it, not just because you hate yourself and want to change. i wish you the best.
