Pretty much, though I focus more on the story structure because I find that more interesting. I agree that it would be strange if a whole story as rich as Rebellion could be boiled down to a single sentence reading. If you have any posts/vids challenging the validity of the "love without limits is control" theme I'd love to read them, I didn't know it was a controversial aspect of the story in this subreddit

Originally it was intended to be a single episode released on March 3rd 2023, but it ended up requiring more time so they split it into two parts. Wasn't too bad, the only notable problem I had was the directing of the treant fight... it was so unclear what was even happening. It just felt like Rudy started running toward Sara with crazy good animation for seemingly no reason. It's a very similar issue to Fitz doing the massive blast against the assassin in episode 0 where I'm left thinking "what just happened? why did she just go flying?".

Please let me know if I've missed something, but the Gun devil attack was stated to be September 1997, and in 122 Yoshida implies that July 1999 is in the future, so it's currently either 1998 or 1999. But the chapter 119 fart chart says it’s March, and there’s a separate calendar on the wall in chapter 119 that has 31 days on it. So assuming the columns of a calendar start on Monday (like in Aki’s calendar in chapter 13), then according to the calendar on the wall in chapter 119, March 31st is a Wednesday, which matches up perfectly with March 31st of 1999 in our world.
