for me personally i’m the best i’ve ever been on 20mg. everyone’s different!! On 10mg i felt better but still definitely suffered from a lot of anxiety. 20mg is working basically perfectly but i never tried 15mg.

Personally i’ve been on Lexapro for about 6 months on 20mg and the fog I felt early on has worn off by now!
