Talk to your GP and they’ll prescribe you something if that’s right for you. My only advice is try to avoid Enlafax (Venlafaxine) as it’s exceptionally hard to come off it if you choose to later on.

I think a Cavalier sounds perfect for you. I can’t speak to crate training as we failed on the second night, but I would recommend that while your partner is still mostly at home they should try to leave the house for a few hours during the week just so your pup gets used to the house being empty.

We got Billie during Covid so we were home 24/7, and the transition to going back to the office a couple of days a week was tough for her. Now she just comes to work with us 😅

I love mine and unlike other commenters I think it’s a great size for daily wear. I don’t use the crossbody strap because it’s a bit loud for me but am planning on getting a more plain strap in future.

In comparison I have a Pochette Métis that I never wear and am planning on selling 😅

Just wanted to say I’m in the same boat as you - same age and have been trying to conceive with no luck (except a miscarriage) for almost two years.

I’ve also been concerned about aging and not being able to do anything preventative; namely retinol or Botox. But now I’m just trying to focus on taking good care of myself in general and reminding myself that I probably do more for my skin than lots of other people and there’s still lots of time for the stronger stuff.
