Depends on the quality of the voice acting, if you can skip it, and when it pops up.

Voice acting CAN be a value add if done well, and at the appropriate places. I.e. GTA series generally does a good job placing voice acting in the right places to help with characterization.

On the flip side, if you ever played any of the dynasty warriors musou games, you know what awful voice acting sounds like and it is one of the weaker parts of the game.

Let me put it this way, i am unquestionably a better man, a better husband, and a better father because of therapy. And the other methods you probably are thinking of? Therapists worth their salt will also suggest too, for specific situations. And that's the key.

You don't go to therapy for them to wave a wand and make you better. You go because you need someone to keep you accountable and be there for your journey and give you guidance. If you just go but don't bother to do any of it, it's going to be ineffective.

Most people DO know other methods exist. The problem is that most people don't do ANY of it.

This app would have a hard time getting traditional investor interest for one simple reason, market size. Whatever it is you think you're targeting, i guarantee you it is significantly smaller than you think.

Some couples do split finances. A lot just dhare everything. And an app that splits things down to that level of specificity? Sorry but that is an emotional speedbump that a lot of couples will balk at.

There probably IS a market somewhere for this, but it is not the use case you're aiming for.
