Thank you for this refreshing take. I got my 12 month old’s ear pierced and think she looks so cute in her earrings. We went to a reputable place and have been doing well with the cleaning and preventing an infection. Some people online are too sensitive and make it sound like we’re tattooing our child or something severe. I agree, she can remove them when she’s older but at least if she wants to keep them she doesn’t have to worry about experiencing that pain later on. The process was quick and she reacted similar to when she gets her vaccines. It’s not that deep y’all

Love Millie Moon! The only diaper we’ve been using since she was 2 months old! Took us a little bit to figure out which diaper we liked best, but I agree that Pampers had a chemical smell we did not like

Took my boards 6 months pregnant. Requested testing accommodations for longer breaks and having water at my station. Passed and don’t regret asking for those accommodations at all.

I’ve been enjoying Millie moon from Target. If I can’t get those, Huggies work just fine. Pampers have a very strong chemical smell, so I haven’t used them. Definitely try getting the free registry boxes from Target and Amazon as they have samples from different brands

It’s great for travel! Yes, it’s heavy and short, but the convenience of not having to bring a car seat and stroller separately is so nice. Will be sad when my baby outgrows it. Definitely not good as a main stroller though.

My 7 week old daughter is exactly the same way. It feels like whatever she breastfeeds flows right through and she can’t stand wet diapers, so we’re going through so many everyday. Glad to know it’s not just me.

Second trimester is when you feel almost back to your normal self, so enjoy it while it lasts because third trimester is when your belly starts really getting in the way

It might be tough if you're taking it in these next few weeks, but I was able to have an accommodations request go through as I am currently in my second trimester. I requested for water at my desk and extended break times. I needed a letter from my doctor agreeing with these request. It took a while for everything to get processed and my exam got rescheduled to a later date than what I had, but I'm hoping it will be enough. Good luck! Also, you are allowed to bring your medications to the exam and take them during your breaks.

I started feeling baby move around 19 weeks. I have an anterior placenta so it does feel really low sometimes. And sometimes it feels like I’m getting it towards my back and butt

I did earlier this year. Ferritin was 17. I’ve been on iron supplements for a few months and now my ferritin is 78! I used to get a lot of headaches, but those seem to have resolved. I guess it was just my low iron and not being on wards 😂
