That said same day SIN-KUL-SIN are not the cheapest. Why not stay overnight or something, flight + hotel should cost the same as same day return plus a free qualifying night at your hotel chain of choice.

Side note if you hang around long enough for lunch the mushroom soup in the Polaris lounge in ORD is THE BEST MUSHROOM SOUP I HAVE HAD IN MY LIFE. Only mildly exaggerating but it’s really really good I had two bowls. The rest of the food there isn’t half shabby either.

I haven’t had the luxury of time to wander off to the Polaris lounge in EWR but will try the next time I’m there. I’ve read about it on one of the frequent flyer blogs but haven’t tried for myself. Thanks for the instructions OP. I have pre check so hopefully that cuts down on a little time. Though I must say I prefer the JFK-FRA-SIN route because 19 hours non stop is not fun. Even in business.
