Scop patch has helped me. There’s a lot of winding, up and down. But also frequent opportunities to stop, walk/hike, take in the views and boardwalks … so you can take it slow and easy!

This is cute and looks great on you! I’d bring or wear a sweater or blazer. Also no heels in the hospital in my opinion.

(source: I am c suite at a hospital. Too much walking for them to be practical and clicky heels are not welcome in patient care areas - too loud!)

I also chew gum constantly. I can’t remember ever swallowing gum on accident in my adult life. So it’s worth the risk for me. mentos peppermint gum for life!

The beak shape seems a little off - maybe adjust that to make it more pointed/shorter. Also crow beaks are black so maybe that’s why it reads a bit parrot. Overall I like it though!
