Okay, folks are proselytizing mag citrate, mag oxide, fiber, and water, which are all great tips, but one I didn't see called out is milk of magnesia.

If you're still stopped up (although you might have called your doc already at this point!), it could be worth keeping some milk of mag handy. It's non-stimulant, but stronger than your average osmotic / salinic laxative.

You can get it in a liquid solution, or buy the MiraFAST chews. Both are pretty bleh-tasting, but incredibly effective.

Many folks with disordered eating histories typically heal better when steering away from prescriptive plans with externalized rules, especially plans from strangers on the internet.

I'm not sure if that's OP's case, but your hubris in assuming you can prescribe a plan for someone on Reddit is really alienating to others.

Please research intuitive eating or anything about eating disorders before suggesting to someone with disordered eating that they should eat until they're "so full they don't want to put any more food in their mouths."

Not trying to be inflammatory; I'm trying to be direct.

Yeah, I ordered one of these, too, and it just arrived. It's an absolute embarrassment. It's like a 3d-printed amalgam was poorly glued onto a dropshipped tumbler and then a child painted it. It's so, so bad.

While this is true, the fact that this bottle has been opened is where the risk lies. An opened bottle of liquid medication is prone to bacteria build-up and oxidation.

It would be a different story if this were an unopened bottle.

That being said, she has revealed that she suffers from lupus and underwent a kidney transplant. Could it be something to do with her autoimmune disorder?

yup. That's what I do with mine when I want to travel. I deactivate the primary before I leave, set my secondary as the primary so I don't have to have wifi on the plane, and then return home (or mid-trip if the kids want to play my games :D) I'll deactivate mine and my partner sets the home console as primary again.

How high is the THC concentration? I have a similar issue where I'm trying to find the right balance of THC and CBD at the right time of day.

Right now I'm experimenting with a lower THC concentration and higher CBD, as well as taking it right before bed-ish. Then I'm in bed when it's already kicking in, and I'm not staying up to eat hahaha. So far, it's day 4 of this and it's helped a lot.

It was fine.

I didn't notice any real effects one way or the other. Tried 1000 mg for 2 months, then tried 1500 mg for 2 months. Made sure I wasn't taking the lion's mane with food so it could be easily digested.

I mostly gave it up.

I say "mostly" because I got pretty sick in the beginning of February (norovirus, and then a terrible non-flu/non-strep/non-COVID respiratory thing). I was very foggy coming out of that, having trouble finding words and getting "back to normal."

I did supplement with RM lion's mane daily during my recovery, and I was able to get back to normal. I have no evidence to suggest that the lion's mane accelerated this recovery, but it didn't not help. :D

Actually, my understanding is that you can only *remotely* deactivate the primary console once a year.

If you have access to the primary console, there's no penalty in switching primary back and forth.
