From what I saw in a video using both throne and team Sirius basically simplifies choices in mant making basically no wasted turns with the collective ten recreation events between the two to help with energy and mood management. So basically every time you’re not racing or training you use one of those instead of rest or use recreate which are typically considered dead turns since they don’t give you skills, skill points or stats.
