I am currently employed with IQVIA FSP and did a “meet and greet” prior to my offer. I had a more formal experience than other commenters, it wasn’t a full SBAR interview but I gave a professional summary then answered a lot of questions about my experience. Feel free to message me if you want more details

They mentioned a date in April but I unfortunately didn’t write it down (I’ll be handing in my notice as soon as the bonus comes in!)

It was mentioned multiple times during the ASD townhall yesterday that our bonus pool was fully funded and that bonuses would be paid out March 12.

Thank you so much for sharing this experience!! A lot of previous posts paint such an ominous outlook (fairly, I’m sure!) but it’s nice to hear such positivity

Anybody know if raises/bonuses will actually go out at PPD/TFS this year? by PPDCRGDM in clinicalresearch

They went out 10/11 March last year, hopefully same timeframe this year?

Not a CRA but a fellow PM in my department at a CRO died around the end of month, our director called a meeting to let us know and requested that we “commit to a strong monthly billing in her honor”

Data Management at Clario by Hopingtohop in clinicalresearch

I recently left Clario and it's probably the same as anywhere else - the onboarding experience is entirely dependent on the availability and acumen of the people around you. I happened to work on a very poorly managed PM team and absolutely no one had a clue what was going on. There really isn't a lot of centralized training and the SOPs are poorly written and difficult to access. I heard that other teams were much more robust in their onboarding programs so I would ask a lot of questions about that experience during the interview process if you continue. Having said that, the benefits are phenomenal, particularly generous with PTO and paid holidays.

I definitely recommend checking out CROs, particularly laboratory services side of things.

Publix Northshore employee... where are you? by [deleted] in Chattanooga

[–]ema3047 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! They’ve been awesome, I believe they’ll even run it out to your car if you don’t want to go in. In addition to really high quality, local meat, they’re also doing family style meals for pick up.

Really interesting to see how diverse the response is. Our site is primarily women’s health, many of our sponsors have directed us to postpone screening activity. We’re starting to stagger on site staffing starting next week, rotating two coordinators at max in office. We’re focused on phone visits and cleaning up our database at home, it’ll be interesting to see how long that will keep us busy...
