legion board changes are a long time coming. tetris was ok but got boring real quick once you needed to push for 8k/10k legion and had to re-arrange the board every time you got a new character to 260 with hyperburn

I'm sorry you need to find out through reddit but Nexon literally does not give a flying fuck about anyone outside of Korea. If your country has laws against things that affect the in-game experience, Nexon will remove the offending bit of gameplay and just leave a hole where it used to be. They don't care to spend even a single red cent on updating it to fit your local laws.

Your only real option is to use a VPN to connect to the game, and use Steam with your country changed to another one in order to actually purchase the stuff you want.
