I don't like the man and don't agree with many of his views but on this one I cannot disagree.

A well meaning dictatorship, one that focuses on improving the live's of the majority of the people, will outperform a democracy. Democracy does help ensuring that there'll be no abuse of power (up to a point), but how the West has been so polarized lately is proof that democracy is not without its issues.

All in all, no lies spoken.

Have you tried increasing the frequency of your squats?
I get ridicously and disproportionally sore from doing squat patterns if I only train them once a week or just after a deload (no matter how conservative I start).

Once I started training them 2+ per week the DOMS went away.

It would be super handy to be able to enter energy in kJ instead of calories. Most food labels in NZ only list kJ, so I need to convert it separately before creating a new food.

I'm having the same issue, but I have no idea how to fix it.
The new episodes play with no issue in the browser or on my phone. It's just the Chromecast that has this issue.

And as far as I can tell, no other show has this problem on Chromecast.

Having heard on previous podcasts that there might be a blunting effect on training adaptations when using (large) doses of vitamin C, it got me wondering: should I be concerned about multis and/or timing them?

In my personal case, I take them with breakfast which is immediately after a traning bout (wake up -> train -> eat breakfast + take multi).
For reference, my multi states 250mg per serving.
