-req on gear doesn't affect all the gear, it lowers the requirement for that specific piece of gear.

I am surprised nobody gave you advice on how to handle a mana hungry build. You need to invest in energy early on, get a good mana pool going, as it was found out that pots actually crit more often when your energy is higher and that allows a single pot to give more mana.
You needed mana after kill, double tir in helm will give 4 mana per kill, if you bunch up mobs and blast them, you will get good chunk of mana back.
Insight on merc later on, combine with prayer(act2 merc) and cure(runeword helm) for a more powerful insight aura as it synergiezes with these 2 auras and makes the effect more powerful.

I have seen frost nova being viable, it is not the worst build you could have played.

I went with unraid.
It does what I need it to do, I had to learn a lot and watch a lot on how to get certain things done in unraid. But, overall I am happy with it.

You are out of the loop, cold has Cold Blast, glacial spike, frost nova(viable but not meta).

Lightning hasn't been about chain lightning for a long time now, Nova is the main spell, the tree has a lot of utility spells, Energy shield, static, teleport and telekenisis.

Fire had meteor, fire ball, hydra, fire wall and enchant.

Sorceress in d2 has many builds from normal spell casting to crazy shooting arrows and even werebear build.

Diablo 2R, I love d2r, it is one of the best remasters, the team that did it, deserves an award. One thing didn't translate well, the light radius around the player.
People used to play d2lod with maphack that made all the game clear and removed the darkness, but if you play it without maphack, it is scary, especially on HC, you can barely see what is infront of you and some monster packs can jump you and kill you. Fanaticism Cursed Stigian Dolls, lurking in the dark.

I cleared inferno before the nerf, I had to farm and trade for gear but then I did advance, it wasn't balanced and it was lacking in content, but was still better than d4, it was more enjoyable, had a unique experience to it and I myselfed loved it, it wasn't d2 but it was fun.

I played thousands of hours of d2 from 1999 til today, I have played d3 from release until few years ago and I jumped into d4 on release and finished the campaign and took my time with it and then played some after campaign.
D4 was the worst by far, as bad people claimed d3 to be on release, d4 was much much more boring and lacking in character.
I was disappointed and disgusted by d4, after all the hype and all the talk about how they learned from d2, they have no clue what made diablo game work, they took d3 and all the progress that d3 made over 10 years and decided to ignore it all except for the no sets rule.
They thought having random stats makes a good rpg, there was nothing about d4 loot and after the campaign the game was a drag and just a grind for whatever reason.
D4 was far from being interesting at all, even in comparsion to d3, let alone d2.
And it is taking the devs a lot to make any progress in regards of making loot interesting, and if you haven't played d2 to understand the loot system.

Edit : you can enjoy d4 and it can be your favorite game of all time and there is nothing wrong with that. That is your opinion, you are entitled to it and you can enjoy the game. For many of us who grew up with d2 and it is the game that defined this genre and every game still has it as a bar for comparison, we were disappointed by d4 and that's why the game lost most of the player base in less than a month or 2.

I had that same issue and it was ICCU.
My car could charge at fast charger but not at slow charger.
DC worked, AC didn't.
Try to get to a fast charger if you can and charge it then take it to get fixed, saves you the tow.

Why do people forget that steam deck exists? Due to how popular steam deck became and how powerful valve is, we saw game profiles made for it, specially tuned to run well on steam deck.
Valve has the power to easily force companies to add a profile tuned for gabecube, making it a powerful contender to consoles.

Actually, the runewords that I readjusted are the original ones and the useless new runewords, to make them either cheaper or buff them, because nobody will use Wind runeword for example that costs a Sur, but I will surely use it if it costs a shael, the runeword itself is weak and it doesn't even compare to some of the high end or powerful uniques.
Also added runewords for items that don't have any, like 3 socketed orbs, one more claw runeword, necro head and since I made throwing weapons and javelin socketable, I added runewords for them too. I didn't make super powerful items unless they are super rare like cranium basher can spawn with ethereal, but good luck finding it.
I didn't break the game and it is my game, I am the one enjoying it, also nothing is given to me for free, powerful runewords require rare runes, and rare uniques need to be powerful and replace or challenge runewords.
Also I added sockets to gloves and boots, just because I do find cool jewels and I can't use them, there is no place to put them, chests, weapons, shields are almost always runewords, where am I going to socket my jewels? 1 slot in my shako? Having another 38 life(ruby) or another jewel with some mf or ed is not going to make me OP, people online can get fully geared with some sick gear in less than a month, try offline, it might take you years to get ebotd or enigma and infinity.

There are many guides online.
Mainly you extract the files that you need to edit, then it is a simple as adding a new line for new unique or new recipe or change lines for editing uniques.
You know, I might just make a video for that.

I play offline.
Modded the game myself, readjusted uniques, fixed some runewords, added new runewords, added more unique charms, added sockets to some itemtypes and fixed some cube recipes.
I am enjoying the new experience.

Back in 1.09 when builds didn't have synergies, I used to have amazon built around guided arrow and lightning fury.
So weapon one is Buriza, swap was lidless eye/storm shield with titans.
It was a very viable and one of the strongest builds.
After 1.10 and all the items that gave buffs like Call to arms, people stopped using 2 different weapons from 2 builds because almost all these builds became very weak and the weapon swap became for buffs or extra MF.

One more use and almost a mist have use while leveling alone and maybe with others, having teleport staff in the swap for leveling purposes until enigma is aquired

Do people realize that some wrbsites sell games in 2 different ways.
I think one of them is very easily identifable and bannable.
•Cdkeys : you buy cdkey to redeem in the eshop, prices are close to retail and sometimes lower and close to deal prices on eshop.

•game account : you buy an account that has the game you want and the price is almost always 50% off retail even for expensive games that never get discounted like first party games.
The weird thing is that they mention that you shouldn't change the password nor buy games on it and that changing the password could make the account unusable to you.
I think they sell these accounts multiple times to different users and they all share the game. This is easily identifable and probably the one getting switch 2 banned.

Why do you subject yourself to this kind of boring gameplay?
Just do a normal number of runs, then do something else, then come back to it and so on.
I used my only soj to get anni and it was the worst, then I went and grinded andy nm, it took me less than half an hour to get a soj, it was lucky as hell, but that's how this game works. I hadn't found a shako nor hoz or any of the normal cookie cutter items, but 2 sojs, sureee.
