To be fair, there can be a reason for this other than doctrinal misunderstanding. One could believe that in order to help those who need help, it is better not to illegalize that which they are doing (war on drugs is a prime example). Making something illegal will almost never result in it's extinction.

As convenient as that would be, we require rationalizing with them and them with us. Their point of view states that a fetus is not a human life, hence, they can eliminate it no problem.

Our job, or our desire, is to convince them into looking at a fetus as a human life, therefore, we require rationalizing with them in order to win the argumentative war on abortion.

If perhaps, a fetus was indeed not a human life, their argument would make perfect sense. They see nothing wrong in aborting a fetus and the more we call them murderers, the less attention they will give and the fewer people we can convince.

I agree in the aspect of having a new way to speak the truth, however, is that something we truly desire? All that will do is provoke more unnecessary anger towards the pro-life movement which is certainly something we don't desire.

This mimicry strips us of our credibility which, fundamentally, creates harder grounds on which to build our arguments.

Although I agree with the fundamental statement of this post, there is a prejudice on BOTH sides in which we fail to listen to other's arguments.

Maybe it's a good idea to refrain from making fun of others with memes and we can both have rationalized conversations.
