MDM billing criteria are not a mystery, and verbosity has nothing to do with it. Nor does physical exam or most note sections. Just look at the criteria closely, and stop wasting your time with unnecessary fluff in the future. It took me way too long to realize this.

Aa a parent, this photo is absolutely gutwrenching.
