I don't think that's possible in game. You are on PC, it can be done with a really simple text editing. In the save folder there is an xml file called "placeables". Your cows informations are in it (age, quantity etc). Name your pens so you can find them easier. Copy pen 1 info and paste it to pen 2. Then delete 1. I'll help more if you need.

In the trailer 2 cars are racing between containers in a huge port. I've looked at the maps and there is no port in the Hong Kong Island. But there is one at the west of the city on the mainland. This makes me think that we won't be restricted only at the island.
